If your project is to create an entirely new facility, I can advise on all aspects of your project. I offer: site layout and master planning to ensure best use of available space; proper placement of structures to ensure safety, welfare of horses, and efficient workflow; and advice as the best components and materials for your needs.

If your project is the renovation of specific components of your current facility, I can advise on the components and materials that will make your renovation the best it can be.

Whether you have your own local architect or prefer to work with mine, I collaborate with the architect on all plans. Attention to every detail at this stage is crucial to ensure efficiency, safety, and comfort for both horses and humans. This attention will also help you stay on budget and avoid time consuming changes.

Initial Consultation

During my free initial consultation we will discuss your goals, timeline, budget and all other pertinent information. Whether you are starting from scratch to create your dream facility or renovating one you already have, we will carefully review what is needed to make it optimal. There have been many advancements in the last 20 years when it comes to stall components, footing, pest control and other items. With my expertise I can recommend the best solutions and available options for your specific project.

After this initial consultation, I will draft a proposal and budget for your project.
